The Bella is a plume of White Ostrich feathers with wax flowers and rhinestones on a marabou clip. Worn with a birdcage veil with tiny chenille dots. The clip on the piece slides through the birdcage veil and attaches to the hair. Like most birdcage veils can be worn a variety of ways depending on where you place the clip.
