The Isabella is a grand piece. Made with white wax flowers and buds. This fashion of headpiece was typically worn with a plain long piece of tulle gathered up at one end with a running stitch. (See examples below) It's inside circumference measures 23 inches giving plenty of room for the tulle. Height is approx. 4 inches. Tulle/veil not included.
