| Victorian
Cake and Pastry design were amongst the very best. Very few pastry
Chefs can make these elaborate cakes today. Just thinking of the
time that had to go into so many of these wonderful cakes is mind boggling.
They did not have the tools or molds that are used today in
cake decorating. They had to have had the steadiest of hands and
patience to have created such magnificent pieces. Below are a few
